Happy Mother’s Day to every woman whose love has nurtured, protected, guided or comforted another soul, because being a mother is not only about birth, it is about the love you give from your heart.

To the first time mums experiencing the most beautiful and life changing chapter, to the mums doing it all every single day, to the step mums, bonus mums, grandmothers and mother figures thank you for the love, strength, patience and comfort you give so selflessly.

To the women who have opened their hearts to children not born to them, but loved as their own, your love is no less powerful and no less important. Family is built through love, care and presence, and you make a lasting difference in the lives of those around you.
