Where planning meets construction.
What happens in the office and what happens on site go hand in hand.

Behind every project is ongoing communication between the planning, documentation and coordination happening behind the scenes and the work being carried out on site.

The IBG team works closely throughout each stage, reviewing plans, coordinating project details and working through anything that needs to be resolved as construction progresses.

We work closely with our trades and suppliers throughout the build, drawing on their experience to work through details, solve problems and find practical solutions on site.

It’s this collaboration between our team, clients, trades and suppliers that helps take a project from what’s documented on paper through to the finished build.

Recently Completed at IBG // After four months of construction, this full internal renovation in Parrearra is complete.

With this being the home our clients plan to enjoy into retirement, the renovation was about creating a considered, cohesive home that would work for them well into the future.

The four-bedroom home, complete with home office, underwent a full transformation, including the removal and reconfiguration of internal walls to open up the existing floor plan and create a larger, more connected living space.
The renovation also included a new kitchen with walk-in pantry, two bathrooms and laundry, new flooring & internal, painting throughout and an updated electrical layout.

Throughout the selections process, we connected our clients with our preferred suppliers, giving them the opportunity to work through the finishes and details for their home. It was great to see their selections come together throughout the build.

Warmer days are on the way ☀️

With the warmer months approaching, outdoor living is starting to become a focus again.

Living on the Sunshine Coast means our outdoor spaces get plenty of use. From pool surrounds to entertaining areas, a well designed outdoor space can become a natural extension of the home.

Things are taking shape onsite with earthworks underway for this outdoor patio extension and new pool.

We’ve been working alongside Monsoon Pools to coordinate the pool with the surrounding outdoor works, creating an extension of the existing home designed for outdoor living.

Selections are one of the exciting parts of bringing a project together but there’s also a lot happening behind the scenes once those decisions are made.
From cladding types and external finishes to tiles, tapware, cabinetry, flooring, colours and finishes, we work closely with our clients, trades and suppliers throughout the process. That collaboration helps us work through the details, make informed decisions and ensure selections are considered as part of the wider build both inside and out.
As part of our quoting process, we provide a detailed Schedule of Finishes outlining the products, selections and allowances included in your project. This gives our clients a clear understanding of what has been allowed for and provides an important reference as the project moves from quoting into construction.
Whether you know exactly what you want or need some guidance along the way, our role is to help you navigate those decisions while considering how each selection works within the project as a whole.
