This one's a doozy, I tell people time and time again how important your roof, gutters and stormwater are to your house. A house is your biggest asset.

The roof of your house takes the hit on all weather fronts, if the roof and drainage systems aren't up to scratch that will lead to further damages to your property, which means a bigger expense!!

I told this particular job 3 years ago the gutters needed to be maintained better. 3 years later there is a literally a tree growing out of it, fascias are rotten and water entered the property.

🔴HEAVY RAINFALL is set to develop over most of eastern Australia in the coming weeks as several large-scale thunderstorm and rain systems impact the continent.
We have seen some semblance of rainfall in the form of thunderstorm activity over the last week or so, but this is nothing compared to what is to come.

🏁 WE’RE OFF TO MOSSMAN🏁

Just a quick heads-up to our customers and locals that Page Plumbing & Drainage will be away from the 17th–21st of September as we head north to Mossman to support the East Coast Hard Enduro!

We’re proud to be a sponsor of the event and, being a bunch of dirt-bike enthusiasts ourselves, we couldn’t pass up the chance to get behind the riders and this awesome event.

While we’re away, we’ll have limited availability for calls and messages, but we’ll be back on deck from Monday 21st September and ready to get stuck back into the tools.

A massive good luck to all the riders taking on what is sure to be one hell of a weekend!

Recent infiltration pit installed.

This property had recently had a rubble pit installed for all stormwater discharge. The rubble pit was installed by another company. The rubble pit was extremely undersized for the house. The house and block is lower then the street. Making it impossible to send roof water to the street.

We diverted all roof water to a 22,500 litre rain water tank, then all discharge to an ausdrain infiltration pit with a volume of 6800 litres. Basically made up of oversized milk crates, allowing greater volume of water to be held and dispersed into the earth.
