What a night.
Last night Chris Clout officially opened the doors on Clout Villa at Castaways Beach — the latest luxury home from Chris Clout Design.
From the first sketch to the final finishing touches, this project has been a true labour of love. Seeing the space filled with friends, collaborators, and the people who helped bring it to life made the whole journey worth it.
Thank you to everyone involved. The energy, the conversations, and the pride in the room were next level.

This gym’s running a massive Mitsubishi Electric Australia VRF system, designed by Enginova . CO2 sensors control the outside air feeds for healthier air, while a SP&R Group BEMS keeps energy use locked in and efficient.
