The Euroset founding partners, a close knit group of rendering, plastering and painting tradesmen recognised a need for a range of better performing render, texture coating and plastering prod
ucts that could be applied as an integrated finishing system. Working with building material design and production process specialists in Australia and after exploring similar products in Europe they introduced the Euromix® range to the market. Today, one of the founding partners, Justo Bouzo continues to influence product development, using ongoing participation in the building industry (as a builder and tradesman) to provide input about ways improve Euroset product and service offers. Our Sales & Technical Manager has over 25 years hands-on experience in the application of Render, Texture, Patching, Plaster and Paint products over all substrates. He is regulary called on, by contractors, builders and specifiers to provide assistance in all stages of the use of architectural finishes, from design through to completion. He is supported an experienced team of sales and distribution staff members, who have thorough understanding of the correct use of all the materials we sell. Even our senior truck driver is experienced as an applicator of renders, textures and plasters. Over the 25 years of specialization in render, texture, patch and plaster products we have also built strong links with the promoters and suppliers of the walling and ceiling substrates and systems that our products are applied to. These links often allow us to develop unique rendering, texturing and plastering solutions for new and / or difficult building situations. Specialised Delivery Service
Our in-house fleet of ‘little’ trucks have been selected to enable access to even the most difficult of sites - we can offload at the ‘workface’ if required and are one of the few distributors of similar products that still offer a ‘hand off load’ service (Providing that will be someone on site to help). We employ our own drivers, not contactors, and they have building trades experience and firsthand knowledge of the use of the products they are delivering. We use our in-house service to distribute to small / medium projects, where material requirements and supply times need to be managed within short time lines. For larger projects (including multi storey building sites) we use larger trucks and specialist carriers. Whether we are delivery via our own trucks or through our specialist partners, we track or deliveries and remain in constant contact with the drivers, so we can advise you of any problems caused by traffic delays / crashes or site access issues. To manage the sales transaction we use RetailManager, which has been designed, developed and tested in collaboration with thousands of businesses like ours. We have customized this software to suit our product range and the trades groups that we serve. With RetailManager we can supply you with itemized Proforma Quotes, Delivery Docket sets, Invoices and Statements that are descriptive, easy to read and accurate. E-copy records of your transaction are kept ‘live’ in the system for the current and past 3 years, making it easy for us to assist you in situations where you need to obtain copies of past transactions.
