Amazing job to wrap up the year, nothing beats a beautifully traditional ironbark deck.

What a year it's been, a new home town and first time running my own buisness as a carpenter. Thank you to everyone in this great part of the world for showing your support and appreciation for my work and making it a really successful start to JFJCARPENTRY. If I've had the pleasure of helping improve your home I would like to thank you for the opportunity and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Kitchen overhauls and customised cabinets. Been a HUGE couple of weeks, but super please with the way these are coming along.

Relocated this garden shed to make way for a classic timber and iron carport. Very happy with the result and so was the client 👍

Finished off the monster bookcase, can't wait to see it painted up.

Great addition to the front of this house. New Roof and shade cloth on the western side to keep the heat out in summer and perspex on the south to block the wind in winter while still letting in heaps of light.

Really fun project turning this little roof into a proper enclosure to keep these guys safe and warm. 👍

Restored some walls plus some new additions to the tenterfield job. Had fun working out how to make each area functional and stay in theme with the restoration of such a beautiful home.

Really proud of how this one turned out.
This very basic verandah got a huge facelift that completely transformed the front of the house and made it look far more suited to the large countryside block.

- The low height of the deck made it possible to use this classic handrail design.
- Some new step treads and a center stringer made the stairs safer and sturdier.
- Adding a second post at the top of the stairs gave it a much grander feel
- Some decorative brackets to finish the look.

Gotta love old school timber work. Hard to beat!
