Working on a remedial work for an apartment block on Beach Street in Coogee.

Our clients are looking to replace the old and outdated external staircase. In doing so we suggested taking this time to add balconies as well to take advantage of the ocean views.

With the custom made metal screening we don’t want only give privacy but we are replicating the patterns of the existing brick work. With every challenge there is an opportunity to communicate our design intent and to integrate the old with the new.

Light-filled | Calming | Effortlessly Comfortable

We have had the pleasure of developing and delivering this home renovation in Killara. The open-plan kitchen and living space was designed around generous windows and skylights paired with performance-led approach inspired by Passive House principles. The result is a home that stays comfortable year-round and feels effortless to live in.

Clean lines, warm timber and sleek modern finishes complete the transformation.
