Another project complete at Museum Towers, Sydney, in collaboration with Majcon as Project Superintendents.

Our scope included façade strengthening with Helifix ResiTies and structural steel, demolition of the existing communal roof topping, application of the Sika 400N waterproofing system and installation of a new tiled finish on pads.

A significant transformation delivering a renewed, functional communal rooftop built with long-term performance in mind.

We’ve completed the rectification and refurbishment of the communal pool area at 221 Sydney Park Rd, Erskineville.

Our works included the complete rectification of the existing pool, waterproofing, tiling and paving works, along with the refurbishment of the bridge.

The project focused on addressing the existing condition of the pool area while delivering a durable, refreshed finish designed for ongoing use by residents. A considered remediation solution, delivered with a focus on quality, functionality and long-term performance.

The Structial team carried out extensive foundation stabilisation and building rectification works at this 32-unit complex in Alexandria.

To address severe differential settlement, 11-metre-deep continuous flight auger piles were installed with pile caps and tie beams to transfer the building load to the new substructure.

Once stabilised, waterproofing defects were rectified and the building’s external and internal finishes reinstated.
