Team2 Architects is a Sydney based practice established in 2003 under the directorship of Zack Ashby

Established in 2003, and now working out of studios in Sydney and Melbourne, Zack Ashby and Richard Webster have developed the practice into a core group of over 30 talented architects and designers who share a common goal to produce the highest quality buildings across multiple sectors including residential, healthcare, aged care, commercial, leisure and industrial. Team2 work with the latest BIM

technology platforms, allowing three-dimensional design to be considered from the outset. A high-speed and secure internet link promotes collaborative working with others and the in-house design ethos allows project delivery in traditional, modular and timber construction methodologies. Team2 are recognised as leaders in modular construction and have completed many award winning projects using this construction method. The name 'Team2' represents the partnership between architect and client; a collaboration which we believe is key to achieving excellence in design. We are committed to producing sophisticated, high quality buildings which fulfil our client’s requirements and exceed their expectations. Progress at The Macquarie Collection is nearing its final stage!

Team2 is proud to have been appointed by Landmark Group Australia to deliver Stage 1 of this landmark masterplan, comprising 299 apartments across two striking towers in North Ryde, close to Macquarie Park Metro.

Building on the master planning, concept design and Development application by AJ+C,Team2 has led the pre-construction phase, driving design development, documentation and delivery across architectural services. As construction wraps up, we're excited that residents will soon be calling The Macquarie Collection home, with generous communal amenity including landscaped BBQ areas, a rooftop garden and an indoor communal kitchen.

A great example of Landmark Group's integrated developer-builder model, with prefabricated bathroom pods among the efficiencies helping bring this stage to completion.

Team2 was excited to attend the Foundations Celebration at The Residences, Wahroonga Estate this week, marking a key milestone with excavations completed for this thoughtfully designed residential community.

Hosted by Capital Corporation, the event brought together the project team to celebrate progress on site. Team2 is proud to be delivering design development, documentation, and construction phase services, building on the concept design by GroupGSA.

Great to celebrate this milestone alongside DASCO Australia, JAPM, and Capital Corporation, we look forward to seeing the next stages take shape.

Team2 Architects has completed the refurbishment of three departments at Prince of Wales Hospital: the Renal Dialysis Unit, Central Equipment Store, and Security & Staff On-Call Accommodation. We're proud to celebrate the recent ribbon-cutting marking this milestone.

Working closely with Renascent and Health Infrastructure (HI), our team drew on specialised architectural and clinical expertise to navigate complex clinical planning requirements, AusHFG guidelines, and Australian Standards.

User engagement was central to the project, with Project User Group (PUG) sessions ensuring design solutions met specific needs while balancing project constraints, contributing to a successful, carefully considered outcome across all spaces.

Investing in people is just as important as investing in projects.

Last week several of our Team2 team members attended the NAWIC NSW workshop, Empowering Women in Construction - The "Internal" Circuit Breaker, an inspiring session focused on overcoming self-doubt, building confidence, and recognising the value of putting yourself forward for new opportunities.

The workshop encouraged honest conversations around imposter syndrome, perfectionism, and self-advocacy, while providing practical strategies to help women confidently share their achievements and pursue professional growth.

A big thank you to NAWIC NSW for facilitating another insightful event and for continuing to support and champion women across the construction industry.

Team2 Architects are proud to be delivering the architectural services for the delivery phase of Stage 2 of the Macarthur Health Precinct, an important expansion of healthcare infrastructure for the Campbelltown region.

Located at 1 Hurley Street, Campbelltown, the new six-storey health services facility will deliver a contemporary healthcare destination incorporating a short-stay surgical hospital, specialist consulting suites, allied health services, retail amenities and integrated parking. The development represents a significant investment in the continued growth of the Macarthur Health Precinct, supporting increased access to high-quality healthcare for the rapidly expanding South West Sydney community.

Congratulations to Vital Healthcare Property Trust (VHP), Erilyan and the wider consultant and project team on reaching this significant milestone. We are proud to be contributing to the delivery of this landmark project and look forward to seeing construction commence as the next chapter of the Macarthur Health Precinct takes shape.

Construction continues to gain momentum, with the complex Level 2 transfer slab now being poured. This critical stage will form the podium level, creating the shared outdoor space for residents while supporting the two residential towers above.

Appointed by Urban Property Group following the original DA approval, Team2 has led the project through Design Development, consultant coordination, construction documentation and on-site delivery. It's rewarding to see this landmark mixed-use development continuing to take shape.

Once complete, Keira Place will deliver 176 apartments, activated ground-floor retail and commercial spaces, and high-quality communal amenities, all within the heart of Wollongong with views towards Mt Keira.

Team2 is proud to be working alongside BINAH on the delivery of Stage 2 of Auburn Square.

Located just minutes from Auburn Station, the mixed-use development will deliver 249 apartments, expansive communal open spaces, four levels of basement parking and active ground-floor retail tenancies.

It's exciting to see the pace of progress on site. Having witnessed the excavation of Basement Level 2 in December, it is remarkable to see the basement structure now taking shape, with formwork underway for the final basement level. The speed and coordination being achieved on a project of this scale is a testament to the entire project team.

We look forward to seeing the development continue to rise from the ground and become a significant new addition to the Auburn town centre.

Team2 was pleased to attend the recent topping out ceremony for The Collective, an exciting residential project developed by TWT Property Group in the heart of St Leonards, marking the completion of the building’s structure.

This project forms the first stage of a larger multi-building luxury development, comprising 93 apartments above a four-storey podium with 3,000m² of retail and commercial space, constructed by Westbourne Constructions, with Mainway Project Management overseeing project delivery.

Team2 has been engaged for the design and delivery of the project, working in collaboration with DBI Interiors to help shape a high-quality addition to the evolving St Leonards precinct. We look forward to seeing the next stages of the development progress on site.

Team2 has been proud to sponsor Ollie Bestwick following his selection for the Australian Men’s Indoor Hockey Futures Team, which has recently competed in the USA. The team participated in the 2026 Big Apple Indoor Hockey Tournament, held this week in Philadelphia.

The Australian Men’s team remained undefeated throughout the whole tournament, taking out the gold medal in the Grand Final against OKD 2-1.
