The occasion was marked with a ceremony, a tour of the new purpose-built facility and the unveiling of a ceremonial Kurrajong tree at the building's highest point.

Ivanhoe Building C3 (Treehouse) has reached its highest point.

It's a significant milestone in the delivery of the 16-storey residential tower at Midtown MacPark.

With the structure complete, there is plenty of excitement and positive momentum across the project. Delivery is now set to move into the final stages of facade, fit-out and finishing works.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate!

Proud to have hosted the NAWIC NSW Awards for Excellence Submissions Workshop last week, supporting women across the industry to showcase their achievements, build meaningful connections and put themselves forward with confidence.

Thank you to the panel for sharing insights and experiences, and to Rebecca Bangura for moderating the session.

Programs like this help create greater visibility for women’s contributions and support the next generation of industry leaders.
