Another big project wrapped up in Glen Iris 👊

We’ve just completed a full gutter and stormwater renewal for this property. The team started Monday and had everything finished today — rain, hail or shine.

Only 18 metres of stormwater drain was installed underground, while the remainder was professionally suspended along the house, keeping the system completely weatherproof and protected from future tree root intrusion.

Our Dingley Village project is complete after 5 solid days on site.

We installed new fascia covers and gutters, replacing sections that were badly rusted, deteriorated, and no longer doing their job. Along the way, we uncovered unexpected issues including rotten timber fascias and sections of asbestos eave sheeting that needed replacing.

Thanks to the team, we got it all done within the 5-day turnaround.

We also carried out a complimentary CCTV stormwater inspection, which showed major drainage issues caused by tree roots. Stormwater repairs and drainage replacement will now be needed to keep everything flowing properly and protect the new work. 👷
