This Leura house was abandoned for many years, covered in ivy and a real mess.
Thanks to our friends at Roofmate external cleaning-REC for cleaning and removing the vines ready for us to paint.
The new owners wanted to keep the existing colour scheme.
What a transformation this one was! Looks like new!

This stunning house at Blackheath had some serious preparation.
The previous painter used incorrect paint causing bubbles.
We used paint stripper to remove the paint, applied oil based primer, and painted.
We used rope access to easily access the dormers without the need for scaffold.
The end result was amazing!
This job was a treat made better with the beautiful Scottish owners that are so lovely!

We were invited back to this super cute cottage in Lawson that we painted last year for a roof restoration.
We gave it a good wash and applied rust treatment to most of the roof.
We used nu tech roof membrane system for the first time. I am super impressed with this paint, we will stick with it.

It causes real problems when painters dont check the what the existing coating is before applying water based paint.
I am seeing it too often now that paint is bubbling after acrylic paint is painted over enamel.
The only solution is to remove the paint and start again. Which is a time consuming process.
