Perfectly curated experiences, tailored to people and place.

We’re honoured to be named a finalist in the IFA 2025 Design Awards for Best Design (Commercial) with two outstanding projects: Midcoast City Council Library (Forster, NSW) and Unity Water Office Fitout (QLD).

A testament to our vision of creating spaces that feel as good as they look.

We are thrilled to announce that TVS Architects has been shortlisted in the Health and Wellbeing Space category for the 2025 INDE.AWARDS!

Our Unity water project is one we are especially proud of, a space that beautifully captures both the identity of the land and the essence of the brand.

Inspired by the waterways of the Moreton Bay region, the colour palette offered a unique opportunity to reflect Unity water’s brand identity while celebrating the natural beauty of the local environment. Soft and deep blues, complemented by burnt orange tones, evoke the serene and calming influence of the surrounding landscape.

These colours are woven throughout the space to create a cohesive atmosphere that seamlessly blends brand expression with core values, values that are deeply connected to the local community.

Who else is proud of our city? Brisbane isn't showing signs of slowing down anytime soon... We're continuously changing, and fast. 🏗️✨

Just take a walk through Howard Smith Wharves, sip a coffee at West Village, or admire the transformation of the Brisbane Powerhouse—you’ll see it. The way we design, build, and live in this city is evolving.

🌱 Sustainability is no longer a “nice-to-have.” Net-zero buildings and passive cooling are shifting from trend to necessity as developers respond to climate, costs, and council expectations.

🏙️ Mixed-use developments are reshaping our urban fabric, making Brisbane a city where people don’t just commute—but truly live, work, and connect.

🌿 Biophilic design is breathing life into our spaces. Brisbane’s subtropical climate isn’t just a backdrop—it’s a design asset, influencing green facades, shaded public spaces, and nature-integrated interiors.

And then there’s adaptive reuse—perhaps the most exciting trend of all. Our city isn’t just building new; we’re reimagining the old. The most sought-after spaces are the ones with history, texture, and a story to tell.

Which of these trends excites you most? Are you seeing them reflected in Brisbane’s new developments? Let’s talk in the comments! ⬇️
