If your tap handles have no removable hot and cold buttons on top, and look like this below the handle. These require a special tool to remove . Unfortunately when you start tightening more and more, because they are dripping . You are tightening them up ! to the point of no removal , and the spindle before handle needs cutting off ,

When you have a leak in the wall and that noise your hearing every night . Shooosh ! For at least 3 months . This is the most water damage I've ever seen in 50 years. Wasn't till he got an excess water bill . He decided to act on it . UNBELIEVABLE .

I cannot believe how many Clients houses I go to and do a service on their toilet cisterns , and the syphon valve has never been set up properly for a half flush, or full flush .

New Built house . Client rang me saying gas smell from this Bayonet. After carrying out a Pressure test at meter, Failed test. Removed bayonet . The inside of bayonet was clogged in Lok seal . Replaced with new bayonet , no lok seal used, Gas wrap yellow only . Another satisfied Customer .
