Concealed within the roofscape of the heritage home, this study and library offer a quiet retreat. Framed views to a borrowed landscape of mature trees create a strong connection to nature, while the refined interior and natural light provides a calm and inspiring space for reading, work, and reflection.

Introducing Goomalibee - a new farmhouse.

Designed in response to the practical demands of rural life, Goomalibee is a farmhouse for family, gathering, and retreat. Positioned on the high point of the site, the house sits within a striking rural landscape of open grassy woodlands, towering eucalypts, and river systems.

Conceived as a grounded and protective form, the exterior adopts a restrained palette of blackened timber and natural bricks, drawing from the tones and textures of its setting. Inside, warm timber linings and stone create a calm, tactile interior. Long views, deep verandas, and carefully framed openings connect daily life to the horizon, shaping a home that is robust, enduring, and deeply connected to place.

We are looking forward to working with Fiona Brockhoff on this fabulous new country house.

La casa di marmo

A subterranean house of stone, set beneath a historic villa in Milan.

Designed by with this tomb like interior is an immersive architectural installation exploring stone as both structure and ornament.

Santafiora marble, onyx, quartz and agate form the walls, ceilings and furniture, enclosing a compressed space that feels unexpectedly light, warm and atmospheric. Skylights and a waterfall draw light and sound deep into the interior, softening the hardness of the material to create a moment of calm within the city of design.

Generous seating invites visitors to pause and absorb the weight and theatre of the space
