This project started with a steep, underutilised backyard that had plenty of potential but needed the right approach to unlock it.

By combining a timber retaining wall, natural stone steps, a fire pit area and native Australian planting, we created a space that feels both functional and connected to its surroundings. Every material was chosen with longevity, practicality and timeless design in mind.
