EXPERIENCED FIELDIES WANTED!!!
SOIL SAMPLING & DRILL PROGRAMS | WA
We are looking for experienced Field Assistants / Field Technicians to join our team for upcoming exploration programs across Western Australia.
We are particularly looking for people with previous field experience who can hit the ground running on:
- Soil sampling & geochemical programs.
- Drill programs - AC, RC & Diamond (sample collection and recording).
- Core Cutting and Dimond Core Sampling.
- Chip trays and basic field data recording.
- GPS navigation & working from planned sample locations.
- Remote fieldwork and bush camping.
- General exploration field support.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We want reliable, practical and Experienced Fieldys who are comfortable working remotely and understand what is expected on an exploration program.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous mineral exploration field experience.
- Experience with soil sampling and/or drill programs.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
- 4WD experience.
- Ability to work safely and independently in remote areas.
- Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors.
- Good attitude and ability to work as part of a small crew.
- Strong attention to sample quality and procedures.
Current First Aid, 4WD, Senior First Aid, HR licence or other relevant tickets are an advantage.
THE WORK:
Projects vary from short field campaigns through to longer exploration programs throughout WA.
Depending on the job, work may involve accommodation in regional towns, exploration camps or remote bush camps.
There is potential for ongoing work across multiple projects for the right people.
