Following fire damage to underground conduit infrastructure at a busy bus depot, the team at Nuflow Brisbane South, Ipswich & Logan delivered a tailored trenchless rehabilitation solution designed to minimise disruption and avoid major excavation.

💡 Large sewer and stormwater pipes can require a rehabilitation system designed for greater dimensions and demanding conditions.

The IMPREG GL16 is a fibre-glass reinforced CIPP liner used for the trenchless rehabilitation of conventional pipes ranging from DN150 to DN1600.

Once positioned inside the damaged pipe, the liner is cured using UV light to create a strong new lining within the existing asset.

IMPREG may be suited to:

🏗️ Some underground assets need a rehabilitation system designed for much greater loads.

Large stormwater pipes, sewer mains, box culverts, manholes and infrastructure beneath roads or rail may need to withstand signficant weight, ground pressure and environmental demands.

Sumoline is Nuflow's heavy-duty structural CIPP system for non-pressurised infrastructure where load-bearing strength is critical.

The system can be specified around project conditions such as:

🔹 Soil and groundwater conditions

🔵 What is Blueline, and when might it be used?

Blueline is Nuflow's structural relining system for non-pressured pipes, including many sewer, drainage and stormwater applications.

It may be suitable when a pipe has developed cracking, weakened joints, root intrustion or structural deterioration.

A resin-impregnated liner is positioned inside the damaged section and cured to form a new structural lining within the existing pipe.

Blueline can be adapted for a range of pipe materials and configurations, including certain bends, junctions, vertical sections and changes in diameter.

For customers, this means a suitable damaged pipe may be structurally rehabilitated from within, rather than only clearing a blockage or repairing one visible fault.
