Introducing you guys to my next Uso in the Engine room Poutahi Charlie 🇨🇰 another Uce the 275 to 41 💪

Charlie is the first Apprentice Ben Iosefa🤝

To Charlie’s credit I probably pushed 4 years of plastering into 10months IYKYK👀😮‍💨😂 my uso Charlie was the first victim to fall for my half days (12hrs) shenanigans 🤣 but he has used that to build up a solid work ethic and foundation. Now nothing doesn’t really phase him when it comes to work 💯

Charlie has been exposed to Framing, Sheeting, Setting, Cornice and Ornamental cornice getting a strong understanding in each Aspect of plastering. When he puts his mind to it he can accomplish any task he sets out to do, making me proud and excited to see Charlie finish his apprenticeship and Grow into a Great Tradesman.

Charlie is a valuable Ball runner at Ben Iosefa, to watch him grow the last couple of years has been a blessing. I always remind Charlie he is leaps and bounds ahead of me when I started my apprenticeship. What Charlie knows now took me 13 years to find out and learn. Your the man Uce I know your family is Proud of you especially your Old Man ❤️🙏🏽🕊️.

A Closer look in to my Uso Zee, from the 275 to the 41 😤🤝

What motivates and inspires me is seeing Young Uso’s like zalmonmm wanting to do something positive with their life and have a crack.

I Always tell my boys anyone can be a di****ad it’s not hard especially when you grow up in areas where we come from. I want to know if you Can do the right thing when it’s tough and be a positive influence on your family, friends and community.

I tell the USO’s the goal is not to work for RX forever, I’m teaching and showing you how to go out and do it for yourselves. Then we can come together and take on Bigger jobs. 🤝💯

Give an Uso a fish and feed him for a day or Teach and show the Uso how to Fish and feed him and his family for a lifetime.

To Lead is to Serve. That’s 🇼🇸 village Mentality 🤝

Don’t let his frame and humble nature fool you he’s a weapon🥷🏽.

When Zee first Jumped on with me I told him I need 💯 percent. Since that conversation that’s all the uso has given me 🤝 watching the uso improve and become more confident in his skills has been a massive blessing to witness. He is a credit to his family and a valuable Ball runner at Ben Iosefa. A big thank you to his partner tatiyana limatau and daughter for letting him work long hours and weekends ❤️🙏🏽 nothing goes unnoticed.
