WHAT A BLAST!!

There was so much love in the space as we painted!

Being in the room where children experience art therapy felt Devine. I'm so inspired by the stories shared and the experience we collaborated on this day!

Thank you to every women there and massive shout out to Mikaila Grealy and Nicola for getting Canvas & Friends involved in such a great cause!!

✨🌼 DID YOU KNOW 🌼✨

Canvas & Friends hosts events of all sizes, from one on one art sessions all the way through to 50 people.

We entertain events such as:
Birthdays
Hens parties
Work functions
Christmas parties
And any excuse to make the most of a good group of people and celebrating life.

Something we heard after a recent event was "I find entertaining exhausting but still want to bring those I love together for my birthday, a paint and sip offers that balance perfectly, where I don't have to host yet I'm still in great company!"

This was wonderful to hear because we love taking the pressure off people to host and we love creating a good time!

We are the extrovert to your introvert so kick back , laugh and let us take the weight off your next event!

Today Canvas & Friends has the blessed opportunity to be helping raise money for Country Hope Albury!

This team creates magic and supports families through the hard times.

It's easy to forget how good we've got it sometimes and it's so important to give back and support others.

❄️☃️✨ WINTER GLOW ✨☃️❄️

Winter glow, one of Albury city's biggest Festivals of the year, drawing thousands of people, for good reason!
The music was rockin, the stalls were hustling, the food was cooking and the crowds were having a blast.

Canvas & Friends absolutely adored our time there and can't wait for the years to come!

AlburyCity Thank you so much for having us!

We lit up the night with our UV reactive paints and black lights. Everyone adored the outcomes and had a blast! We are now feeling very inspired towards big events and markets so be on the look out for more of us in these spaces!

"I came with a friend for a paint and sip session and honestly, the whole vibe was immaculate. The host was so warm and welcoming, with lots of helpful tips that made painting feel totally achievable, even as a complete beginner. She kept the instruction engaging, never rushed us, and created such a relaxed, encouraging atmosphere. The raffle and little take-home gifts were such thoughtful touches too. You can really feel the care and heart behind this small business. Highly recommended for a fun, creative night out!"

🎉The Thirsty Devil Brewery PAINT & SIP🎉

I am so so proud of the magic we created together on this night!
Everyone brought such awesome can do attitudes and it felt like although the group were strangers, were friends by the end!

There was music playing, an open mic in the back room and it danced down the hall to greet us at the perfect volume, I couldn't have asked for better ingredients to work with.

Thank you to every person who showed up and celebrated art with us!!

❤️ONE ON ONE ART SESSIONS❤️

Canvas & Friends has fallen into so many new streams of practice. One being, one on one painting sessions where we have the chance to dive deep into the creative practice with gentle guidance and support.

I have absolutely adored this opportunity to work with an inspirational woman to help her find her inner artist (it isn't hard, she's incredible!).

Tonight, I have home work 😜 transferring this image onto a very large canvas as this is her end of year goal!

Our traditional structure of paint and sip does not fit all shapes and sizes but here at canvas & friends, we are passionate about reaching anyone anywhere with the skills to express themselves.

Painting for a cause!

This weekend we are blessed to be hosting a country hope fund raiser!

Mikaila Grealy and Nicola Scalzo are absolute legends for running this event and welcoming Canvas & Friends to collaborate!

I'd love to see our community get around Country Hope this year and smash records!
I've been truly moved by speaking to the organisers of country hope and can't wait to help them out and see this great project continue working their magic!
