This one had been dripping for a while 😩 After tracking it down, we found the culprit: the old evaporative cooler flashings had failed and were letting water straight through the roof.

🔧 Here’s what we did:
✅ Removed the old, worn-out flashings
✅ Installed brand new COLORBOND® flashings
