Perched above the waterways of Church Point, NSW, this distinctive home draws inspiration from traditional Nordic clinker boatbuilding, with its sweeping curved façade forming an essential part of its architectural character.

After decades of exposure to the coastal environment, the original timber cladding required renewal. Working with No.1 Roofing & Building Supplies, the solution was Expression™ Interlocking Panels finished in UniCote® Lux Wenge—combining the warmth and richness of natural timber with the durability and low-maintenance benefits of steel.

Installed by Swisscrafts Roofing + Cladding, the Expression™ panels were carefully adapted to follow the home’s original boat-inspired curves, preserving its unique character while creating a durable, contemporary exterior designed for coastal living.
