With summer approaching, a tomato packing facility in NSW needed additional cooling while its permanent refrigeration upgrade was still being planned.

Aircon Rentals supplied 𝟰𝟬𝟬𝗸𝗪 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 across approximately 𝟭,𝟯𝟬𝟬𝗺² of packing and storage areas, using two 𝟮𝟬𝟬𝗸𝗪 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀, a temporary glycol circuit and 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗗𝗖 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘀.

Because the facility needed to remain operational, custom stands were fabricated to mount the FDC units above the working area, while approximately 45 metres of temporary pipework was routed clear of production and access areas.

The system was installed in approximately four days and remained on site for around five months, with 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 throughout the hire period. Production continued during installation, with no cooling interruptions reported.
