Another level up, another incredible view.

Our team continues to deliver on the Meriton project — set to become Queensland's tallest towers at 90 levels.

From reinforcement cages taking shape to the skyline rising around us, every pour and every level is a step closer to something iconic on the Gold Coast skyline.

Proud to be part of a project of this scale.

Cypress Project Update | Gold Coast

A project that truly shows the scale and capability of what MFS can deliver.

At 97 floors, Cypress is set to stand as the tallest tower in Queensland — and seeing the structure rise from street level gives a real appreciation of the magnitude behind this project.

From the jumpform system through to the perimeter screens, formwork, sequencing and daily site coordination, every stage requires strong planning, experienced supervision and a team committed to delivering safely and efficiently.

Projects of this size are not achieved by one person. They are built through teamwork, discipline and the effort of everyone involved on site and behind the scenes.

Proud of our MFS QLD team and all project partners contributing to this landmark structure.

Sometimes it’s important to stand back and take in the scale of what is being built.

Projects like this are a reminder of what can be achieved when the right team, planning, systems and commitment all come together.

Every level, every pour, every lift and every detail is the result of hard work from our site teams, supervisors, project teams and everyone supporting behind the scenes.

Proud of what MFS continues to deliver and proud of the people who make it possible.

Cypress Project Update | Gold Coast

Great progress from our MFS QLD team on the @meriton_group Cypress project.

These photos give a closer look at the perimeter screen system now in place — an important part of delivering high-rise works safely and efficiently. The system provides protection around the structure while allowing our team to keep moving through each level with better control, access and coordination.

On a project of this scale, the right systems make all the difference.

Well done to our site team and everyone involved in keeping Cypress moving forward.

Project Update | ERA Newcastle

Our new project in Newcastle is starting to take shape, with the slab on ground now well underway and our site teams preparing to commence suspended slabs in the coming days.

A significant amount of pre-planning and coordination has gone into this project before the first materials even arrived on site. That early planning is what drives efficiency, supports safety, and helps save valuable time throughout the overall project program.

From safety considerations and selecting the right systems and materials, through to shop drawings, sequencing, manpower planning and site coordination — every detail matters when setting a project up for success.

Well done to everyone involved in the early stages of this project. We look forward to sharing more progress as ERA Newcastle continues to move ahead.

Cypress Project Update.

Our QLD team is doing an outstanding job as this 93-storey structure continues to take shape, now reaching Level 13.

In the coming weeks, the team will be preparing for the installation of the Full Structure Wrap System — weighing over 400 tonnes and covering approximately 1,000m².

This full wrap system will support all vertical works on the project, with the perimeter screens progressing several floors ahead of the suspended decks, creating a safer and more efficient construction sequence as the structure rises.

Stay tuned for more progress photos and updates on what is shaping up to be an incredible project to watch.

Projects like this rely on strong planning, coordination and experienced supervision from everyone involved.

Well done to the MFS site team, and all project partners contributing to the continued progress on site.
