Saturday pour in Gladstone, and by the look on his face Col didn't mind the weekend shift 😄

Marshall had Col and the crew in early, pouring along the bank to shore it up on the wharf job. Truck and pump were set up before most people had their first coffee.

Same site as the piering we showed you last month, now getting concrete in.

Marshall and the team at this morning's pre-start, getting everyone on the same page before a tool gets picked up.

Everyone knows the plan, everyone knows the hazards, and everyone has a say in how they're managed. That's how the job gets done safely and efficiently, and how everyone gets home.

Todd presented Sam with his Certificate of Recognition, 12 months since he joined the crew in September last year.

From the first pre-start to now, Sam's put in the work and made it home safe every shift. That's the kind of year we like to see.

A hardworking crew, good progress across our sites, and a long weekend for the whole team.

Our Mackay and Gladstone offices are closed Monday 5 October for the King's Birthday public holiday. We're back Tuesday 6 October.

Behind every big job is the gear, and the people running it, that keep everything moving. This week our vac truck operators have been pulling the slurry out of the site tanks so the rest of the crew can keep cracking on.

October is National Safe Work Month 🦺

This year's theme is "Safe work is for life", and it's how we run every site.

Our values put it plainly: we arrive together, leave together and return together. Every one of our crew should get home to their family after every shift, and still be fit and healthy 30 years from now.

It's a boring job, but it's got to be done! 🏗️

Col and the crew are down on a wharf in Gladstone, drilling new piers to support the existing structure.

Tight spot too, squeezed between the fence line and the rock wall, with the excavator and auger doing the grunt work.

Not the flashiest job we do, but it's the stuff that keeps everything standing. Good work, Col and the crew! 💪

Earthwork memories from Moranbah 🏗️👷

61 metres, 4 barrels, 8 days!

Here's our latest culvert replacement: a 4-barrel CSP line going in, from open trench to backfill.

Big thanks to Kev and the crew for getting the pipes in on the weekend shift. And a bit of action from Mitch in the Moxy, Billy in his baby excavator and Miguel in the roller, bringing the backfill up lift by lift.

Bunds and rip-rap next to finish her off. Top job, team! 💪
