WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT DESIGN ADVISOR
Spanline Home Additions Mackay is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Design Advisor.
This isn’t your typical sales role.
Our Design Advisors work with customers from their initial enquiry, visit their home, understand what they’re trying to achieve, develop a solution and turn that idea into a new patio, carport or outdoor living project.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Great with people and genuinely enjoys dealing with customers
• Confident, motivated and comfortable working independently
• Practical, with good spatial and problem-solving skills
• Able to listen, understand what a customer wants and develop the right solution
• Commercially minded and driven to achieve results
• Comfortable learning design software and the technical side of our products
You don’t need to come from the patio or building industry.
The right person might currently be working in sales, construction, building products, automotive, real estate, kitchens, pools, sheds or something completely different.
What matters more to us is your attitude, aptitude and ability to connect with people.
You’ll be backed by an established Australian brand, a strong local business, ongoing training and support, and a steady flow of incoming customer enquiries.
We’re currently finalising the structure of the role, but it will offer strong earning potential with performance-based remuneration and considerable autonomy for the right person.
