Landscape Construction Team Member

Benson's Landscapes & Playgrounds is a growing Tasmanian business specialising in landscape construction, playground installation, outdoor recreation spaces, fencing, paving, retaining walls, and complete landscape projects.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Landscape Construction Team Member to join our team.
About the Role
Working as part of a skilled crew, you will be involved in a range of exciting landscape construction projects including:
• Playground installation
• Retaining wall construction
• Paving and concreting preparation
• Fencing and edging
• Astro turf/Turf and garden establishment
• Site preparation and earthworks
• General landscape construction duties
• Operation of tools and machinery
• Working from plans and project specifications
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience in landscape construction, civil construction, carpentry or a related trade (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• White Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current driver's licence (essential)
• Machinery tickets and truck licence highly regarded
