Security upgrade to a door with just a standard nightlatch, fitted a BS Euro mortice with Security escutcheons and a tumb turn cylinder for keyless egress

Customer locked out of Night latch, ask a friend for help who caused damage to the cylinder, the door and the frame. 🤦‍♂️ Entry was gained within 20 minutes, with no further damage, The Night latch was checked and the cylinder replaced with nothing further damaged! Happy customer!!!
