Went to change 2 lights and ended up rewiring the lighting circuit. While most of the house had been rewired the back lighting circuit was still the old wiring and as you can see it just crumbles in your hand. Dangerous stuff.

Customers just moved in and putting their touch on the house already. New lights , fans and split installed.

Why it pays to always test . Someone had wired the old Hot water feed to the Air cons , so even though I had the main switch off there was still power at the old AC I was working on. Could’ve had a bad Day 😂

Few recent jobs. New fans and lights. New spot lights over the pool , replacing 20 yr old old down lights with new LED ones ( much more light now ) some split systems, heat pump hot water and switchboard upgrades.
