It’s here!

Jesse and I have been working behind the scenes on our newest JVB Comfort Home, soon to be underway in Sevens Creek Estate, Kialla.

BUT this one is a little different. It will be available to purchase.

Because decision fatigue is a real thing! 😆 We’ve taken care of most of the decisions for this one, thoughtfully putting together a three bedroom home with a simple, functional floor plan and beautiful, high end selections throughout.

We’re looking forward to bringing this one to life and sharing more as it takes shape.

Feeling incredibly proud, honoured and humble after the Master Builder Awards on Friday night.

🏆 2026 Regional Residential Builder of the Year - Northern

🏆 Winner of Best Custom Home $1M - $2M, for our Bunbartha Project.

🏆 Winner of Best Renovation/Addition $500,000 - $750,000, for our Braefoot Project.

What an achievement for JVB. A true testament to what hard work and passion can do.

There are so many moving parts to running a building business. So many hoops to jump through and so much work that happens behind the scenes. To have that recognised is incredibly rewarding and something we’re so proud of.

A huge shout out to the other great builders in the room too. This industry takes an enormous amount of dedication and commitment and there were many other builders who were equally deserving.

What a very special night to share with our amazing team. 🤎
