🚨 EMERGENCY WATER LEAK - SUSSEX INLET 🚨
Called out to an emergency flooding unit where the initial concern was a burst pipe hidden somewhere within the building.
As always, we don’t guess — we test.
Our leak detection process involved thermal imaging, moisture mapping, plumbing system assessment, and a full investigation of all potential water sources.
The result?
❌ No burst pipe.
❌ No invasive damage required.
❌ No unnecessary repairs.
The actual source of the water ingress was a severely blocked box gutter on the roof, causing water to back up and enter the building during rainfall events.
This is a perfect example of why accurate leak detection matters. Too often assumptions lead to unnecessary damage, wasted money, and incorrect repairs.
By correctly identifying the source, we were able to provide a detailed report for the Strata Manager, outlining the cause of failure and the required rectification works to assist with the insurance claim process.
One visit.
One diagnosis.
Zero damage caused.
When water is entering your property, make sure you’re calling a specialist whose job is to find the cause — not guess where it might be.
