This home in Figtree's roof was in rough shape with several parts having issues with rotting timber throughout. This was a potential problem and was in need of a fix. Our team came in and replaced the rotten time and installed a new Paperbark coloured fasica cover.

Huge improvement with this new fascia and some great results for the look of this home.

Brand new gutters and downpipes installed at this home in Shellharbour by IJD Guttering. Our team were called in to do a guttering and downpipe replacement for this local home and following the removal of the old guttering and downpipes, we replaced them with these brand new Woodlands grey coloured downpipes and gutters.

They've really helped improved the appearance and feel of this home and given it a fresh, modern look.

We're out in Kiama wrapping up this gutter replacement project with a newly installed gutter guard.

On this job, we removed the old, worn guttering from the roof and then installed this new Night Sky guttering. Once that was done, then installed a new Woodlands Grey coloured gutter guard to the guttering to minimize leaves and sticks getting into the guttering and causing blockages. We also replaced the roofing screws which were rusted and really in need of replacement.

The new guttering and gutter look great on this roof and are a big improvement from the old guttering. Check out these before and after pics from the completed job.

The team removed the old guttering and installed white guttering and downpipes. Following that, we replaced the rotting timber fascia board and installed this new fascia cover.

On this job, we used a smooth cream fascia cover to keep maintenance low and for the guttering we used a Heritage Red Colour
