January is a great time to take stock and review a few areas in your home that can be easily updated, enhanced, cleaned or even re-organised.

Here is a list of a few things to review

1. Clean the windows – its amazing how much difference clean sparkling windows make
2. Fertilize and mulch the garden - including adding wetting agents to the soil
3. Deck and patio maintenance – check for any repairs needed and add a coat of oil or stain
4. Clean and service your air conditioners – change the air filters and clean the vents
5. Review the linen and pantry cupboards – a good tidy and cull makes it much easier to find what you are looking for

Michelle is once again joining the CHALLENGE to help FIGHT MS!

On November 5th, Michelle will again be a part of TEAM M.I.C.H in the 2023 MS Gong Ride, which involves teams cycling from Sydney to Wollongong to raise much needed funds for multiple sclerosis!

This iconic charity ride started in 1981 to help raise money to fight the disease. MS is the most common neurological disease affecting young people in Australia. Michelle has started training hard again this year for the event and would love your support to raise as much money as possible for the MS cause. This event is very close to Michelle's heart as one of her close local Shell Cove friends suffers from MS and this is how TEAM M.I.C.H was born! They are now in their 5th year of being involved in the ride and can’t wait for 5th November!

Annual Xmas Donation Drive 🎁🤑🎄

Once again for the 3rd year running we are seeking donations big or small for the SAHSSI Charity Christmas drive. SAHSSI are a not for profit organisation that specialises in homelessness services supporting women and families in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions, many of these families have left everything behind to escape domestic violence.

All donations are welcome but the Charity has requested some donation ideas they think would best help;

Gift cards - Kmart, Big W, Target, Cotton On, Supre, Ally, Connor, etc
Entertainment passes - Bowling, Movies, Laser Tag, Go Karting, etc
Pamper Items - body wash, face masks, body spray, manicure or pedicure sets, etc

Cash donations to our office are also welcome!
