One we are incredibly proud of 🇹🇱 🤝 🇦🇺
It’s hard to put into words just how rewarding it is to see this project completed and the impact it will have.
For over 18 months, the RMS team delivered the continuous rehabilitation of the Medical Clinic at Metinaro Military Base in Timor-Leste, with the refurbished facility officially handed over to the F-FDTL by DCP-TL on 31 July.
The project has transformed the clinic, delivering more than 50 patient bed spaces, nine additional specialist consultation and treatment offices, upgraded isolation and medical storage areas, additional amenities, and improved disability access throughout.
But for us, this video captures something much bigger than the finished facility. Seeing the completed clinic, the people it will support, and our own Diana Fernanda Branco and Julio Dias speaking about the project makes this an incredibly proud moment for RMS.
Projects like this remind us why the work we do matters - delivering infrastructure that makes a genuine difference to people and communities.
A huge congratulations to the entire RMS team who contributed to this project, and thank you to the Australian Embassy, DCP-TL and F-FDTL for the opportunity to be part of something so meaningful.
