It is always great to walk through finished projects. With many jobs taking a long time to work through preliminary design stage through to Planning and then building permits. Seeing the final product is always really rewarding.

Here are some units that have recently been completed. Located in an area identified for moderate infill developments, our client come to us wanting to get Two three-bedroom units behind the existing three bedroom dwelling.

Like any development, we are presented with site constraints, planning controls and neighborhood character. So to get these through council with relatively minimal issues was a fantastic outcome.

If you are looking for a unit to live or investment, the single storey unit is currently up for sale.
