Last month, the Urban Grounds & Gardens team had the privilege of attending MobReady's inaugural employer NAIDOC event.

A huge congratulations to the MobReady team on bringing together employers, partners and speakers for such a meaningful afternoon of conversation, learning and connection. We especially appreciated hearing the personal stories and experiences shared by the guest speakers, and the opportunity to continue building relationships with organisations and individuals who are committed to creating meaningful employment pathways.

At UGG, we're proud to partner with MobReady because we believe lasting impact is created through genuine collaboration, listening and action. We’re excited to have recently commenced landscape construction at Futuro’s new Childcare Centre in Cobbitty for Belmadar in partnership with Jeckra.

This project will create an engaging outdoor environment where children can learn, explore, and play through a combination of natural landscape elements and purpose-built play spaces.

Our scope includes:
🌿 Extensive soft landscaping, including mature trees, advanced planting, turf and irrigation
🌿 Wet pour rubber Softfall, artificial turf and sand play areas
🌿 Timber retaining walls, recycled brick paving and custom landscape features
🌿 A range of custom play equipment, including mud kitchens, climbing elements, rope play, inground trampolines, musical play equipment, art easels, Perspex sensory panels and interactive play features
🌿 All associated drainage, landscape infrastructure and finishing works

Childcare projects are some of our favourite environments to build, as they combine craftsmanship, creativity and functionality to create spaces that will be enjoyed for many years to come.

A big thank you to Belmadar for the opportunity to once again deliver one of their landscape projects. We look forward to sharing our progress as construction continues.
