An interesting job this week, framing a roof over a caravan & annex. Improved insulation & definitely roofing, not just relying on sealant.

What a gem of a flat roof replacement. The previous roof wasn’t installed with the correct profile, so was always destined to fail.
Now everything is compliant with the right sheets, anticon, & flashings with an upgraded Velux skylight to the old perspex. Just waiting on the tiler to finish the hip ends.

Bit of a fun one this week, installing a roof underneath a deck to keep the cars dry. The process was in reverse, so flashings first, then timber to gain the 1 degree pitch & sheets last, with them reverse rolled so the colour was underneath, running into a custom box gutter.

Its amazing how old and discoloured your polycarbonate roof sheets can get over time.

Replacing the roof sheets on this pergola gave it a new look, more light transmission 👌 and less heat transmission 👌 win win all around

The rear wall to this garage used to leak all through winter. It was never completed properly, as are alot of buildings that have cladding around Perth.

👌 Zincalume cladding with custom flashings.
👌 Wall sarking underneath for thermal and moisture advantages.
👌 Palsun 6mm flat polycarbonate clear sheets as windows.

The client was extremly pleased with the outcome, and can continue to line the inside of the garage without any future dramas.
