Heads up if you’re building or renovating in Victoria.

From 1 July 2026, the home warranty insurance threshold increases from $16,000 to $20,000. The scheme is also being renamed, from DBI (Domestic Building Insurance) to Home Warranty Insurance.

If your contract is $20,000 or more, your builder must have this insurance in place before taking a deposit or starting work.

We’re looking for a Reception & Administration Assistant to join our Mildura team on a full-time basis.

This is a varied, front-of-house role where you’ll manage incoming calls and enquiries, greet clients, and support the administration team across a range of day-to-day tasks. It’s a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.

What we’re looking for:

✔ Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
✔ Clear communicator — written and verbal
✔ Friendly and professional with clients and visitors
✔ Comfortable with Microsoft Office basics
✔ Willing to learn and pitch in where needed

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (flexible hours negotiable for the right candidate).
