Mornington.

Over 25lm of dressed 40x40 silvertop ash battens from Radial Timber on Dulux Australia Southerly frames, securing this corner block for one of our biggest fans, Faye.

We decided to step the plinth as the driveway was level and property rose up around the corner, where the panels stepped up to 1.9m, meeting our custom James Hardie AU clad side gate and infill combo, with D&D Technologies AU NZ hardware.

Just some natural weathing to take place before we wash and stain it in Preschem, Aussie clear light.

Catherine avenue in Chelsea.

A thoroughfare for my childhood, fast forward a few decades later, it now holds our record for the most projects in the one street.

This was our third capped picket package, all specced differently, with a 4th starting next week, leaving me very proud to improve upon these old Chelsea classics.
