Week 10 Final Wrap-Up ☀️🔨

One last one from the boys! Josh & Nathanael chat through the outdoor space, the work that went into it and their favourite parts about it. A big way to finish our time on The Block! 👏

A great night at the MBV Excellence in Housing Awards! 🏡✨

While we didn’t take home the win this time, we were proud to have one of our builds recognised as a finalist in the Custom Home category.

Always a privilege to celebrate alongside so many talented builders and see the incredible work being done across the industry. On to the next one! 👏🏼

P.S. Who knew the boys could scrub up so well? 😂🤵‍♂️

Week 🔟 Outdoor Terrace & Pool ☀️🏊

Our last week on The Block! 🔨
It was a massive week, but it was great to finally get outside and get stuck into some proper carpentry. This sort of work is our bread and butter, and we reckon this one speaks for itself! 👌

Week 9️⃣ Kids Bedroom & Redo 🛏️

A bit more happened this week than just finishing rooms! From Domain Challenge to the Melbourne Storm rugby challenge and birthday celebrations. Heres a run down from the boys on site. 🎥

🚨 WARNING: The Prominent Ballers have entered the building 🏀🏠

Undefeated. Unbothered. Unbeatable. (Results pending.)

We frame houses by day and frame opponents by night. Our defence is load-bearing, our shooting is up to code, and our flexing is structurally certified 💪

Honestly, if your team’s on the fixture against us… we understand if you need to forfeit. No shame. 🫡

Cue the Space Jam theme. We’re coming. 👽🏀

Week 9️⃣ Kids Bedroom & Redo room
We reckon these spaces came together pretty nicely despite judges criticism. They are classy, considered and keep that consistent feel running through the house. 💙

Week 8️⃣ - Rumpus, laundry and plenty happening on site while Chantel & Wyatt were away tackling (and winning) the charity challenge.
Here’s a bit of a run through some of the behind the scenes work to creating this space 🛋️

🏆 HIA Victorian Emerging Builder Finalist!

Big news for Prominent Builders! Our Josh Lambert has been named a finalist in the 2026 HIA Victorian Awards – Emerging Builder category.

A huge achievement and something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s exciting to see some of the hard work behind Prominent Builders recognised at this level.

Bring on the awards night! 🤞🏆

Week 8️⃣ Rumpus & Laundry 🛋️🧺

Two more rooms done. The rumpus turned out a cosy spot to kick back, and the laundry’s come up tidy with the marble splashback and gold tapware. 🙌

Enjoyed this one, we built the frame for the curved TV unit to get that shape just right. Came up a treat. 👏

Week 7️⃣ Kitchen Week 🍽️🔨

A bit of a look behind the scenes on this one. 🙌

There’s always more that goes on off-camera than you’d think. Plenty of long days went into getting this kitchen finished. And there were a few bits we were pretty happy with. Have a squiz. 👏
