There was a time when this number, 5,000 hours, felt like a dream.

When we first started, it wasn’t just about building landscapes or finishing projects. It was more about creating a space where New Australians could start again, learn, and belong. Many of them arrived here with skills, determination, and stories that spoke of courage, but all they needed was someone to open the door for them.

Today, that door has led to over 5,000 work hours delivered by people who once stood on the outside looking in. Hours filled with early mornings, muddy boots, laughter shared on-site, and lessons that shaped not just projects, but lives.

This milestone is a reflection of every individual who believed in themselves again, and every partner who believed in what we stand for. At Navaroo, we’ve learned that progress isn’t always loud; sometimes it’s built one quiet, meaningful hour at a time.

You get Parkdale LXRP a transformation from bare ground to a thriving public space, anchored by over 100,000 plants and powered by 3,500+ hours of skilled, hands-on impact from New Australians building their careers.

A warm welcome to Nick Tasiopoulos , who joins Navaroo as a Director.

Nick brings a wealth of experience in estimating and pre-contracts, with a solid track record across both civil and landscape projects. His approach is calm, considered and deeply practical, qualities that have earned respect across the industry and built strong outcomes for clients and teams alike.

Nick has worked with both Hashan Senarathna and Chris Keay in earlier stages of their journey, and now joins the leadership team at a time where structure, capability and clarity matter more than ever.

As a Director, Nick will play a key role in shaping how we assess opportunities, manage preconstruction, and build lasting relationships with clients and partners. His leadership will help guide how we deliver civil and landscape packages that are not only well executed, but also inclusive and community-focused.
