Ben just told me he got a $100 tip on a job today… He went to a guy’s house after he saw him in street in his van packing up on another job… he has a blocked ensuite shower close by.
Ben called in. Not only unblocked it, in minutes finished up he got an extra $100 tip because what Ben diagnosed also saved the guy $20k he’d been quoted to replace and install a new system, the guy was chuffed!
