"SARINA BUTCHER AND FOOTY COACH AMONG THIS YEAR’S KINGS HONOURS LIST" | Sarina local legend Len Goode has received an Order of Australia Medal as a part of the King's Birthday Honours for 2024.
Goodie, as he is known locally, has been volunteering in Sarina for over five decades and is the same Goode behind Goode’s Butchery on Broad Street. He started volunteering for Apex in 1972, before graduating to the local Lions Club.
