Things are getting seriously busy at At Your Maintenance, and we’re looking for some extra support behind the scenes.

We’ve got a flexible work from home role available for someone with experience in trade maintenance working with property managers, who knows their way around AroFlo and Gmail (Xero is a bonus).

This role will involve:
✔️ Scheduling jobs and managing workflow
✔️ Handling incoming work orders via email
✔️ Chasing quotes and invoices
✔️ General admin support as needed

Ideally suited to someone who:
✔️ Is organised, proactive and reliable
✔️ Has worked in a trade/property management environment
✔️ Wants flexible hours (approx 4–10 hrs/week + extra when needed)
✔️ Is set up to work from home with solid internet

Subcontractor role with flexibility to step in for extra hours when required.

With over 13 years’ experience in Property Management, Ashlee brings a strong understanding of the fast-paced, service-driven nature of the industry. Having worked closely with Tavis and the At Your Maintenance team for the past eight years, she’s now made the move to the other side, stepping into the role of Administration Scheduler.

Ashlee thrives on clear communication 📞, efficient coordination 📋, and always enjoys a friendly chat while getting the job done 😊.

Originally based in Melbourne for a decade, she swapped the cold weather for the coastal lifestyle of Byron Bay 🌊. Outside of work, Ashlee reports to her boss at home — Maya 🐕, her energetic Kelpie, who keeps her well managed with daily beach walks and the occasional swim.

If you call us feeling stressed, chances are Ashlee will be the calm voice that puts your mind at ease and gets one of us out to you as quickly as possible.

👋 Meet Lachlan – Lachy

Lachy’s one of our electricians and when he’s not on the tools, you’ll often find him frequenting the Brunswick area, soaking up the live music scene and jamming along with local bands. If there’s a gig on, there’s a good chance Lachy knows about it.

He’s also a car lover through and through, always tinkering with one of his project vehicles in his downtime — the kind of bloke who enjoys figuring out how things work just as much at home as he does on the job.

John’s one of our plumbers and a dad of three, constantly running kids to sporting events and making sure he’s involved every step of the way. Family always comes first with John — even if it means juggling tools, time, and after-school sport most afternoons.

Outside of work, John’s involved in the local netball community and is a big sports fan. He follows the Hawks and loves his cricket, so if he’s at your place, don’t hesitate to ask him the scores — he’ll know them.
