This National Reconciliation Week we’re proud to support the 2026 theme, “All In”

Our Reflect RAP continues to guide our commitment to learning, listening and building stronger relationships with First Nations peoples and communities.

Throughout the week, we encourage our teams and communities to:
✔ Start a conversation
✔ Learn something new
✔ Attend a local event
✔ Support Aboriginal-owned businesses
✔ Listen and reflect on First Nations stories and experiences

Today, we raise our hard hats to the mums, aunties, grandma's and mother figures who hold it all together on site, at home, and everywhere in between! Whether you're a project-managing parent or a multitasking champion today is about YOU.

To all the incredible mums in our team, our families, and our communities. Thank you for your strength, resilience, and unconditional support.

❤️ From all of us at Eire

We recently had the opportunity to spend the day volunteering with our Reconciliation Action Plan partner, — and what a day it was!

DeadlyScience is on a mission to provide STEM resources, mentorship and opportunities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students across Australia, helping to create pathways into education and future careers in science, technology, engineering and maths.

A big thank you to our team members Simone, Fiona, Katrina and Ben, who rolled up their sleeves and got involved. From lending a hand behind the scenes to connecting with the incredible work being done, it was a rewarding (and fun!) experience for everyone involved.

We’re proud to support organisations making a real impact in our communities and look forward to continuing this partnership.

This ANZAC Day, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

At Eire Constructions, we remember their legacy with gratitude and respect.

Lest we forget.
