This one’s proving to be a tricky site before we’ve even got it out of the ground. Tight access and site constraints have certainly kept the team on their toes, but that’s all part of building on sites like this.

Greg caught up with our plant operator Lenny to see where things are at… and, more importantly, find out what happened to the excavator 😂😂

Plenty happening behind the scenes as we work through the challenges and get this one ready for construction.

Nearly seven years since we completed our Midshipman project, and it still feels every bit as modern today.

The kitchen and living areas were designed as the heart of the home - open, connected and flowing seamlessly through to the outdoor entertaining areas. Large openings blur the line between inside and out, creating one expansive living space that makes the most of the coastal lifestyle.
