Can you make changes once construction has started?

The short answer is yes, but it’s not always the best option.

Changes during construction can impact your budget, timeline, and the coordination of trades already scheduled on site. That’s why we spend so much time planning before work begins, helping clients make informed decisions early and avoid unnecessary variations later.

Of course, if something does need to change, we’ll always work with you to find the best solution. But the smoother projects are almost always the ones where the planning is done right from the start.
