Every great business starts with a vision. After completing my builders course, I took the leap and established Grants Rural Renovations and Constructions. A name that represents where I started, the lessons I’ve learned, and the foundations I’ve built. Now, it’s time for the next chapter. I’m proud to announce that I’m rebranding to Dura Core Building — a name that reflects my ambition, strength, and vision for the future. The name may be changing, but the hard work, dedication, and commitment to quality remain stronger than ever. This is more than a rebrand. It’s the foundation of something bigger. 🔨🏗️

Another Beautiful transformation which started as just a ensuite renovation and a wardrobe renovation has transformed into two ensuites, two bedroom renovations, two wardrobe installs, 3 window replacements and an additional skylight. Shout out to all the trades and the clients on this job! They’ve all came together to produce an amazing space👌🏠🔨

Been quiet on socials lately but here’s a recent bathroom and ensuite that we have completed in Portland. Definitely a stylish update, the style colour (gun metal) really ties in with the tiles and the timber. 🔨🏡

Get in touch if you’re wanting help with design and we can provide a proposal for your next renovation project. 📝

The last 6 months we’ve been working on this project for an owner builder in Wallerawang, for those that know what this property and building looked like before they started, will truly appreciate the transition to how amazing it looks today.
This property is also going to be on the market with the auction early December. For more details contact LJ Ho**er Lithgow.

Shoutout to Carpentry By Gaz and BWE Carpentry for the assist.

Working with old buildings can definitely bring there challenges but having a patient and committed mindset to produce quality workmanship is our minimum.

Here we have an old hall featuring timber hardwood frames and trusses which were adding a modern twist.

The Easycraft V-join ceiling and wall panels are coming up a treat, contrasting against the original timber hardwood trusses.

Stay tuned to see the end result.🏡🔨🪚

Shoutout to Katoomba Mitre 10 for all the materials and Carpentry By Gaz and BWE Carpentry for the hand.
