Getting plant ready for site?

Capability Resources provides MDG 15 plant inspections to support the Introduction to Site process for mines, contractors and equipment suppliers.

Our team can inspect a wide range of plant and equipment, identify non-conformances, audit plant safety files and provide electronic reporting to help you understand what needs to be addressed before mobilisation.

And if rectification work is required, our broader capabilities mean we can also assist with electrical and mechanical upgrades, testing, repairs and maintenance.

Another milestone worth celebrating 👏

A big congratulations to Isaac, who recently completed his Capstone Assessment as part of his electrical apprenticeship with Capability Resources!

It’s a great achievement and another big step towards becoming fully qualified early next year.

We love seeing our apprentices reach these milestones and having the opportunity to celebrate them along the way.

Mental health and wellbeing, it’s something that’s very close to our hearts across the CapRes & EZ Energy teams, and this month is another important reminder to look out for and listen to the people around us.

This year’s theme, Together We Thrive, is all about belonging, the power of connection, those everyday conversations, check-ins and moments of kindness that can make a real difference.

So, this month, and every month, make time for your mates, your workmates and ask one of them how they’re really going.

Sometimes a simple conversation is a pretty good place to start.

Safe to say, we’re all backing the Knights this Sunday ❤️💙

Another quarterly BBQ done and dusted 👏

We kicked off the morning with a bit of footy, some of the team took over the BBQ tools (with no complaints from the rest of us!) and Brewski Bean Express kept the coffees coming ☕️

There was plenty to celebrate this quarter too, birthdays, some impressive work anniversaries, Isaac receiving his capstone and Jarrod receiving a cheque as we proudly get behind his rally car sponsorship.

We also heard from Rod at LAN Creation, who’s been working with Capability Resources since the early days and shared a little about where the business started and how far it’s come.

A great morning recognising our team, celebrating achievements and taking some time to connect outside of the day to day.
