An old Lathe, owner didn't know if it worked, no drawings, no information at all.

Handed this to Riley with a description, a box and basic parts, asked him to build this control board from scratch 🤘

We don't just have our apprentices as glorified labours getting to the end of their time just to know how to run cables and mount ceiling fans, we give them responsibility, projects, thinking caps to grow within themselves and the company.

Little ones like this, we take on even when other companies won't... perfect for our apprentices to learn and test their skills.
